Experience in creating user-centric mobile & website experiences. I specialize in product design, user flows, and interaction design. Currently, working at DANA - the number 1 fintech company in Indonesia, where I've led projects such as social & discovery features, ads management dashboard, and gamification features.
Also includes experience working in a fast-paced startup environment that follows the Agile Software Development Life Cycle. This has enabled me to understand how to make a timeline & collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, project managers, engineers (front-end and back-end from IOS, Android, and web-based), QA, and business or marketing stakeholders.
A selection of my recent work in UI/UX design, product design, and brand identity.
DANAPOLY is a gamification feature in the DANA app that enhances user engagement by combining financial transactions with an interactive, monopoly-style game. It incentivizes users to complete activities within the app, such as making payments, sending money, or purchasing vouchers, in exchange for in-game rewards.

The Inbox feature in the DANA app serves as a centralized hub for all user notifications, transactions, promotions, and important updates. It enhances user engagement by keeping them informed about their financial activities and exclusive offers within the app.
I design various icons, not only for the features I manage but also for requests from other teams, ensuring visual consistency and enhancing the overall user experience in the DANA app. 🎨🚀

A Task Management App is a digital tool designed to help individuals and teams organize, track, and complete their tasks efficiently. It improves productivity by offering structured workflows, prioritization, and collaboration features.
Working in a fast-paced startup environment means I have to stay agile and adaptable. While I generally follow a structured workflow, in reality, things can be quite flexible depending on the problem, priorities, and input from other stakeholders. Here's a glimpse into how I approach my work:
Every project starts with a problem—whether it's a quality of service issue, a business/marketing need, or a BAU (Business as Usual) request.
I work closely with UX Researchers (UXR) to dig deeper into the issue. If research data already exists, I check our research library for relevant reports. If not, I conduct desk research by analyzing Mixpanel data, market trends, and other external sources. Once I have enough insights, I categorize problems using FigJam, mapping out different areas of focus.
Now that the problems are mapped, it's time to brainstorm! At this stage, I explore solutions freely without tech constraints—allowing for more creative thinking.
Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, I ideate independently or collaborate with the Product Manager (PM). To prioritize ideas, I use a Decision Matrix to identify solutions that offer the biggest impact with the least effort.
With a clearer direction, I translate ideas into user flows and low-fidelity layouts. This is where I determine the best way to structure the experience.
I often collaborate with UX Researchers and Product Manager to refine the concept. If needed, we hold whiteboard sessions with stakeholders or map out ideas in FigJam for a more interactive discussion.
I refine the low-fidelity wireframes into high-fidelity designs, ensuring they align with our design system and user experience principles. At this stage, I also:
Once the design is ready, it's time to hand it off to developers. Our development process follows a Sprint-based workflow, with key phases like Pre-PRD, PRD, and Tech Review (TA & SA Review).
During Pre-PRD and PRD, I work with the Product Manager and developers to discuss any technical constraints and find solutions that maintain a great UX while being feasible to implement.
Testing is a crucial part of my workflow. Basically, testing is divided into 2 types. Development result testing and user experience testing. From the product that I hold, it happens that usability testing is rarely done, mostly by internal team evaluations. So the testing referred to here is testing of development results or we name it as UI Audit. I focus on UI Audits to ensure that the final implementation matches the intended design. During UI Audit, I check:
